Who?
La Morada is a real estate development destined to offer an experience of comfort and relaxation surrounded by nature, in the heart of the city of Escobar.

What?
The goal was to develope their logo followed by a medium complexity identity system to achieve a brand identity that reflects the distinctive concepts of the project.

How?
The result consisted of an identity where values ​​such as traditionality and modernity are reflected through the contrast of serif and sans serif typefaces, accompanying the identity with a chromatic system that manages to encompass the notion of nature, as well as the warmth of a home.
